For a new house, the municipality sets its building permit conditions by by-law. On the electrical side, we plan the service and panel from the drawings, provide a conduit for a future charger and file the connection request with Hydro-Québec, coordinated with your general contractor.
Signs, parking lot lighting, equipment circuits, customer chargers: we do the electrical work for businesses and plan shutoffs so you don’t close during business hours.

Ascot Corner has no municipal power network: the utility is Hydro-Québec. In the Eastern Townships, only Sherbrooke (in part of its territory), Magog and Coaticook have their own network.
