Often, yes: depending on the house, wires run through the basement or attic. The assessment finds the least invasive method, and we tell you ahead of time if openings are needed.
Can my panel handle a heat pump or an EV charger?
It depends on your service capacity and existing load. We do the load calculation before recommending a circuit or an upgrade.
