A charger in Windsor: the town’s grant on top

The Town of Windsor pays $150 per building for the purchase and installation of a 240 V home charger, on top of Québec’s grant. The annual budget is limited: applications are accepted until it runs out. The form asks for the name of the electrician doing the installation; we give you the detailed invoice.

Plexes and houses to renovate

In a plex, each unit has its own panel and the owner often has the common areas. Before adding a heat pump or a charger, we check every service and every panel, and plan shutoffs with the tenants.
