LTE Électrique works in Ayer’s Cliff, at the south end of Lake Massawippi, for village homes, waterfront houses and businesses: panels and service entrances, renovations, hot tubs, EV chargers, heat pumps, lighting. In the village’s older homes, we start with the condition of the panel and wiring; near the lake, with the protection of outdoor circuits.

A hot tub, a pump or outlets on a lakeside deck need ground-fault protection and a good spot for the disconnect. We install the circuit to code, with enclosures made for outdoor use, and explain what to do if the protection trips.

Ayer’s Cliff has no municipal power network: the utility is Hydro-Québec. In the Eastern Townships, only Sherbrooke (in part of its territory), Magog and Coaticook have their own network.
