New house, chalet, addition or detached garage: we do the complete electrical installation, from the service entrance to the finishing, in Sherbrooke and the Eastern Townships. We work from your plans, size the service for today’s and tomorrow’s needs, and coordinate the connection with your utility.
The cases we see most often, and what we do.
Service entrance, panel, distribution, indoor and outdoor lighting, smoke alarms, outdoor outlets: it’s all planned on the drawings. The load calculation sets the service capacity, and we file the supply request with the utility early.
Connect the addition to the existing panel, or replace it if it’s full: the load calculation decides. We run the new circuits at framing and finish with the rest of the project.
A sub-panel in the building, an underground feed from the house, workshop outlets and lighting: we plan the trench with you before landscaping.
A conduit to the parking spot, room in the panel, a planned route: what is easy to prepare during construction costs much more afterwards. We put it on the plans.
We work from your plans and schedule: temporary service, rough-in at framing, finishing after drywall, start-up before handover.
We review your plans, specify outlets, lighting and equipment, and send a detailed quote you sign online.
To power tools during construction, until the permanent service is in.
Mast or underground service, meter base, panel. The supply request goes to Hydro-Sherbrooke, Hydro-Québec or Hydro-Magog, depending on the address.
At framing: wiring, boxes, dedicated circuits, conduits for later.
After drywall: devices, fixtures, outlets, switches, smoke alarms, then testing everything.

Underground: nothing visible, but a trench and conduits. Overhead: simpler, a mast on the building. It depends on the lot and what the utility offers on your street.
It’s recommended: at least the conduit and room in the panel. It is much simpler during construction than afterwards.
We do it with you. The utility’s timelines don’t depend on us, which is why we start early.
